Είμαστε ενθουσιασμένοι διότι η ΕΠΙΚΥΚΛΟΣ Τεχνική Κατασκευαστική κέρδισε βραβείο GOLD (κατηγορία Cultural Building) στα βραβεία Interiors Awards ‘23 για την ανακαίνιση του χώρου μας, στην οδό Μητροπόλεως 74, του διατηρητέου κτιρίου του 1895, στο ιστορικό κέντρο της Αθήνας. Το νεοκλασικό κτίριο που περιλαμβάνει ισόγειο, ημιώροφο, 1ο και 2ο όροφο, έχοντας «κακοποιηθεί» κατά την προηγούμενη χρήση του, προσεγγίστηκε με ιδιαίτερη προσοχή και σεβασμό προκειμένου να γίνει επαναφορά στην αρχική του μορφή, ενώ όλες οι εργασίες υλοποιήθηκαν με σκοπό τη μικρότερη δυνατή παρέμβαση στο κέλυφος του κτιρίου.

We are excited in the light of the recent winning of a GOLD Award by EPIKYKLOS Technical Construction in the Interior Awards ’23 for the renovation and restoration of our building which is a listed structure from 1895 in Mitropoleos 74 Str., in the heart of the historic centre of Athens. The neoclassical building that includes ground floor, mezzanine, first, and second floor, having been “violated” by its previous use, has been handled with the utmost respect and attention in order to restore the structure to its original state, while all construction was implemented in order to intervene the least on the building’s enclosure.
