Announcing the exhibition and the Awards’ Ceremony about the legendary program of design and architecture, GOOD DESIGN® on March 15th in Athens, Greece
The GOOD DESIGN® is the world’s most prestigious, recognized, and oldest Design Awards program organized annually by The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design in cooperation with the European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies and Metropolitan Arts Press, Ltd.
GOOD DESIGN® celebrates another year of astonishing designs with an exhibition at THE EUROPEAN CENTRE-CONTEMPORARY SPACE ATHENS, 74 Mitropoleos str., in Athens, featuring winning products and graphics from GOOD DESIGN 2023-2024 awards’ program.
The Awards' Ceremony celebrating The GOOD DESIGN® AWARDS will take place in front of the Acropolis on Friday, March 15th, in Athens at ELEON LOFT.

The GOOD DESIGN® trademark is internationally regarded as the mark of excellence, recognizing the most outstanding and renovating creations in the design world. Since 1950, more than 40,000 creations have been presented with the award for innovation, sustainability, creativity, branding, ecologically responsible design, materials, technology, graphic arts, packaging, and universal design. For over seven decades since its inception, The Chicago Athenaeum continues the organizing of the program to create a revived awareness about contemporary design.
From sky drones and new autonomous cars to everyday objects, entries for design and innovation, sustainability, creativity, branding, ecologically responsible design, human factors, materials, technology, graphic arts, packaging, The Good Design Show 2024 features a selection of projects that stand out for their iconic design.
For 2023, the Museum received a record number of submissions from the world’s most prestigious design offices and leading, visionary manufacturers from over 52 countries representing the design collaborations of thousands of designers and architects and leaders in the manufacturing industry.

All the winning designs are also published in the Good Design Yearbook 2023-2024 (metropolitanartspress.com) edited by Christian Narkiewicz-Laine and will be available in The European Centre's physical shop and online at MetropolitanArtsPress.com.
Approximately 5,000 shortlisted entries were judged by independent and international jurors with the awards given to the designs with the highest design quality, innovation degree, and superior design.
